Exchange Policy

• We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are applicable only for size/fit issues.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only, subject to product availability.
• If the required size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative size/product of equivalent value or another suitable resolution.

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind, colour preference or incorrect size selection.

However, if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Sale & Special Products

Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or special promotion are not eligible for exchange or return, except in case of a wrong, damaged or defective product.

Exchange Shipping

For size/fit exchanges, the applicable return/exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer. In case of a wrong, damaged or defective product, Nirabhr will bear the applicable shipping cost.
